The purpose of this course is to teach essential skills to help you build your very own mindfulness practice. 

These tools will better equip you for the sometimes unpredictable ebbs and flows of mamahood. If you go through this entire course and practice these skills, your journey will be a little easier and less tumultuous. 

We can’t change the unpredictability and trials of mamahood, but we can have access to better tools to handle them... to leave more of you available to your children. Let's make your mommy moments count.
